A service plan also goes with this basic package and the additional devices. This special Pro Service Plan (PSP) from Formlabs complements and expands your chosen printer. It includes individual online training by Formlabs, the Formlabs service phone, the hot-swap service (replacement device in the event of repairs) and the extra-fast e-mail support from Formlabs. In the basic level, the PSP is valid for the first year. Before the end of this year, the PSP can be extended once for a year. Alternatively, the PSP can also be taken out for two or three years when purchased; it then includes the corresponding warranty extension (only for the printer).
